Position: Senior Assurance & Advisory Manager Role
Join CPP Investments as a Senior Manager in Assurance and Advisory, providing critical oversight on audits and risk management. Work collaboratively on investment strategy initiatives.

This role requires an experienced leader focused on delivering exceptional advisory and assurance services across CPPIB’s enterprise operations. You'll manage audit projects, assess risk controls, and support compliance across various investment functions. Your acumen in capital markets will influence how we manage risks and drive improvements in audit practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the annual audit planning and scope

• Complete audits objectively and to professional standards

• Identify risks, controls, and improvement opportunities

• Draft and issue audit reports to stakeholders

• Mentor junior auditors and improve audit processes

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business, or related fields

• Over 6 years in investment or financial auditing roles

• Professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) strongly preferred

• Familiarity with capital markets and auditing methodologies

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
