In this full-time role, your extensive knowledge of Ontario WSIB legislation is essential for providing effective cost relief and transfer solutions for employer clients. You will conduct thorough reviews of claims, analyze entitlement decisions, and prepare detailed reports aimed at improving financial outcomes. Your work will directly impact clients by mitigating claim costs and enhancing their bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth reviews of WSIB claim files

• Analyze entitlement and determine cost relief avenues

• Prepare requests for cost recovery and cost transfer

• Develop strategic recommendations for employer cost reduction

• Liaise with WSIB personnel and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience with WSIB

• Strong understanding of WSIB legislation and policies

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
