Senior Associate, Private Equity Operations

Join MUFG Investor Services as a Senior Associate focusing on capital activity within private equity markets. Your expertise will play a critical role in asset servicing and operational solutions.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing capital transactions, including allocations and distributions. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will confirm client instructions and oversee the preparation of supporting calculations. This position requires strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with governing documents and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process private markets capital activity efficiently

• Confirm completeness and accuracy of client instructions

• Prepare allocation workings as per agreements

• Record transactions in relevant accounting systems

• Facilitate first-level quality assurance checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least three years' experience in fund administration

• Strong knowledge of fund agreements and structures

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

• Experience with Investran or similar platforms
