Senior Associate, Mortgage Lending

Drive growth at Morrison Financial Services as a Senior Associate in Mortgage Lending, based in Toronto, Ontario. This on-site full-time role is ideal for experienced professionals in lending and deal management.

You will analyze and underwrite various loan opportunities while preparing credit presentations that ensure compliance with company policies. Your responsibilities will also include conducting detailed due diligence and monitoring active loans to guarantee alignment with established business plans, ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mortgage and construction loan opportunities

• Prepare and present credit memos to the credit committee

• Conduct thorough due diligence prior to funding

• Monitor project compliance closely in collaboration with management

• Maintain deal status updates in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related discipline

• Preferred 5-7 years experience in lending or real estate

• Mortgage Agent License is advantageous

• Excellent documentation and analytical proficiency

• High level of competence with Microsoft Office tools
