Harbourfront Wealth seeks a proactive Account Processing Associate dedicated to high-quality customer service. This role allows flexibility for candidates based in Vancouver, Winnipeg, or Burlington, BC.
As part of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for processing account opening documentation and ensuring prompt, accurate handling of tasks. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for successfully navigating the demands of a busy financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Navigate MAKO & Docu Sign for updates
• Review and rectify MAKO STP errors
• Edit, upload, and track documentation with NBIN
• Respond efficiently to service inquiries
• Help with organizing client documentation files
Requirements:
• Asset:
Experience in a corporate finance environment
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail under deadlines
• Desire to collaborate in a team setting
