As a pivotal team member, you will analyze both primary and secondary markets while forging essential partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Focus on enhancing trading efficiency and expanding Vanguard’s ETF capabilities in Canada, Latin America, and beyond, as the regional ETF landscape evolves.

• Analyze ETF market activities for trading accuracy

• Team up with trading and sales professionals for insights

• Develop connections with authorized participants and exchanges

• Engage in Canada-focused capital markets initiatives

• Support key ETF product changes, including emerging markets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant capital markets experience

• Previous experience in ETF trading or product management

• Deep understanding of liquidity providers and market dynamics

• Strong analytical skills with effective communication

• Experience with UCITS is a plus
