Maverick Currencies is hiring a Proprietary FX Trader based in Toronto, Canada. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity — we fund qualified traders with up to $400,000 in firm capital and split profits 60% to 90% depending on performance tier.

The US Eastern schedule aligns you directly with the New York open and the London close, so the high-volume hours of the FX day land in your morning rather than fighting your evening.

Compensation & Capital Disclosure

This role pays through profit-share, not salary. You trade firm capital and keep 60% to 90% of the returns you generate, based on your performance tier. Consistently profitable traders typically realize $50,000 to $200,000+ annually. The trade-off is explicit: there is no salary floor. If you are not profitable, you do not earn — the upside is that profitable traders are not capped.

Traders who do well typically protect 2–4 hours per day during their local market window. Consistency over time matters more than long hours; we'd rather see ninety minutes daily than ten hours twice a month.
