Regulatory Reporting Analyst – Liquidity Risk

100% remote in Canada
Duration: 06-12 Months
Job Description:Own and execute daily/monthly production of FR 2052a liquidity reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Prepare and validate FDIC regulatory reports in compliance with 12 CFR 369 (FDIC reporting requirements) and 12 CFR 370 (recordkeeping & disclosure requirements). Perform data sourcing, mapping, and transformation from upstream systems into regulatory reporting templates. Conduct data quality checks, reconciliations, and variance analysis against prior submissions and internal MIS.
Investigate and resolve data breaks, exceptions, and regulatory queries. Collaborate with Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Finance, and IT teams to ensure proper interpretation of reporting rules and data lineage. Maintain and enhance reporting documentation, including procedures, controls, and data dictionaries.
Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)
- Experience in producing FR 2052a liquidity reports.
- Knowledge of FDIC regulatory reporting requirements (12 CFR 369 and 12 CFR 370).
- Proficiency in data sourcing, mapping, and transformation for regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical skills for data quality checks, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)
- Experience with regulatory compliance analytics.
- Familiarity with digital risk management.
- Experience in collaborating with Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Finance, and IT teams.
- Produce and validate liquidity and regulatory reports.
- Conduct data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data interpretation and reporting accuracy.
