You will develop AI-driven solutions to enhance detection methods, document investigative findings, and recommend control improvements. Attention to detail and data analysis are crucial in safeguarding Bell's assets while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop AI-driven use cases to enhance fraud detection
• Analyze data and monitor for high-risk behaviors
• Collaborate with investigators to refine case narratives
• Maintain thorough documentation for audits and governance
• Drive continuous improvement in fraud control methods
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and O365
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience in fraud analysis or investigations
• Ability to work with incomplete data and ambiguity
