Position: Transaction Analyst with Regulatory Focus
Take on a critical role as a Transaction Review Analyst, working in a hybrid model from Toronto, Ontario. Support regulatory compliance through accurate reporting of transactions with a focus on detail.

This contract role involves addressing a backlog of FINTRAC reporting, primarily Large Cash Transaction Reports and Electronic Funds Transfer Reports. Candidates should have a solid background in banking operations, transaction processing, and data analysis. Your organizational and analytical skills will drive effective and compliant reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and correct data for regulatory submissions

• Update missing transaction information through manual remediation

• Analyze cash vs. correction activity for reportability

• Utilize internal banking systems to verify transaction information

• Meet strict productivity and quality standards consistently

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail in data management

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling

• Ability to follow structured processes effectively

• Experience in financial services or transaction processing

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred
