Position: Corporate Actions Role in Operations Team
Join Aviso as a Corporate Actions Administrator, responsible for managing corporate action processes until April 2, 2027. This position requires exceptional accuracy and excellent customer service skills.

As part of the Operations team, you will process and report reorganizations, name changes, and other corporate actions efficiently. Working under the Supervisor, Corporate Actions, your responsibilities include reviewing bulletins and adhering to compliance standards for both Canadian and US markets. Your analytical skills will be pivotal in ensuring accurate entitlements and tax treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute mandatory and voluntary bulletin communications

• Process corporate actions with high accuracy

• Handle daily entitlements and client requests

• Maintain compliance with tax implications

• Update internal procedure manuals regularly

Requirements:

• Some post-secondary education with 2 years of work experience

• Competence in analyzing discrepancies

• Ability to manage varying workloads effectively

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in English;
French is a bonus
