Reporting to the Manager of Default Recovery, you will manage delinquent residential and commercial mortgages. The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with customer-centric solutions, making customer inquiry resolution a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare instructions for legal actions on delinquent loans

• Handle collection efforts for mortgage payments

• Audit loan servicing for compliance and accuracy

• Monitor legal progression and property valuations

• Liaise with solicitors and other external parties

Requirements:

• 2+ years in mortgage administration or servicing

• Strong understanding of AML and compliance regulations

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
