As a Mortgage Specialist Assistant, you will play a key role in driving sales success through responsive client contact and organizational efficiency. Working closely with a top-producing Mortgage Specialist, you will manage their correspondence, prioritize tasks, and arrange necessary materials for presentations. Your proactive approach to client requests creates a smooth workflow and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive service to client inquiries via fax, email, and phone

• Execute and deliver client transactions efficiently

• Manage the Mortgage Specialist’s email and diary

• Gather materials for marketing initiatives and presentations

• Ensure due diligence for Homebase file submissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a service and sales support role

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational skills for multitasking

• Knowledge of the mortgage process is a plus
