You will oversee the Canadian finance operations and work closely with executive teams and the Board. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end financial closing processes

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements

• Provide strategic financial analysis to stakeholders

• Lead the development of budgets and long-range plans

• Enhance financial and operational KPIs to drive performance

Requirements:

• CPA certification is mandatory

• Minimum of 12 years in finance with leadership experience

• Background in financial services or regulated sectors

• Proven ability to influence executive decisions

• Experience in multinational organizations preferred
