Become a Senior Financial Analyst at a prominent home-care firm in Toronto and engage in financial planning and analysis with a flexible hybrid work schedule. Contribute to management reporting and budgeting initiatives.
In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and work within the corporate financial planning team. Your contributions will focus on budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and business case analyses, all critical for strategic decision-making. An ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance and accounting, alongside excellent analytical skills in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop key management reports to support business decisions
• Oversee the corporate budgeting process and forecasts
• Conduct in-depth analyses for various business cases
• Partner with operational leaders to enhance financial performance
• Assist in ongoing financial strategy development
Requirements:
• CPA along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of FP&A experience in a relevant industry
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting
• Strong analytical mindset for financial analysis
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting
