Position: Assistant Manager - OTC Confirmations (GWO)

In this role, you will:
  • Monitor unmatched OTC trades and drive timely confirmation across products and counterparties
  • Investigate and resolve confirmation breaks, identifying root causes and corrective actions
  • Track and escalate aged or high-risk items to ensure timely resolution
  • Support process improvements to reduce breaks and improve confirmation rates
  • Provide input into operational initiatives and changes impacting confirmations workflows
  • Maintain adherence to internal control procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Support daily operational coverage across confirmations workstreams
  • Contribute to reporting, tracking, and analysis of confirmation metrics and trends
  • Ensure controls are consistently followed to mitigate operational and regulatory risk
  • Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Experience in OTC confirmations, trade support, or middle office operations within capital markets
  • Understanding of derivatives products (rates, FX, credit, or equities) and confirmation processes
  • Experience investigating trade breaks, exceptions, or unmatched transactions
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle and post-trade processes
  • Familiarity with systems used for confirmations and trade processing
  • Understanding of regulatory and control requirements within capital markets operations
