Trade Operations Specialist

Position: Trade Operations Specialist - 6 Month Contract
Make an impact in finance as a Senior Specialist in Trade Operations on a 6-month contract. Handle bank wires, manage cash movements, and ensure successful trade settlements and reconciliations.

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to execute and oversee trade operations efficiently. In this role, you will manage daily trading activities, processing trades from execution through settlement while resolving exceptions. Coordinate with brokers and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth trade reconciliation and corporate actions management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bank wire activities for accurate payments

• Manage funding requirements to support daily trading

• Process trades from execution to settlement

• Coordinate trade reconciliation with stakeholders

• Monitor operational controls and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in trade operations or related field

• Proficient in bank wires and cash management

• Knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, and trade lifecycle

• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Aladdin, or SWIFT systems

• Strong communication and analytical skills
