Position: Finance Leader for Global FMCG
Join a global FMCG leader as the Head of Finance for its Canadian operations. Oversee P&L, balance sheet, and net working capital in a hybrid role based in Greater Toronto.

This senior leadership position reports to the Finance Director for North America and collaborates closely with the Canada Country Manager. You'll manage crucial aspects of FP&A, trade, marketing finance, and supply commercial finance, while leading two Finance Controllers. As the finance partner to leadership, you will also ensure Canadian perspectives are included in the ongoing ERP transition from SAP to D365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full P&L and cash flow management strategies

• Lead the finance team, mentoring and guiding Finance Controllers

• Collaborate with regional leadership supporting decision-making

• Oversee finance activities linked to trade and marketing

• Ensure smooth representation during the ERP transition

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in finance post-qualification

• Background in commercial finance or FP&A, ideally in CPG

• Degree in economics or finance; MBA or CPA preferred

• Proficient in SAP or D365 ERP systems

• Experience with ERP transitions is advantageous
