Bilingual Portfolio Analyst at First National

Elevate your career as a Bilingual Portfolio Analyst with First National in Toronto. This full-time role focuses on managing high-value mortgage portfolios while providing exceptional service to clients and investors.

You will report to the Associate Director and Team Lead while ensuring all borrower agreements are satisfied. This role demands expertise in commercial lending, excellent analytical skills with financial statements, and a proactive approach to managing loan portfolios. Collaborate across internal departments to enhance communication and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review portfolio statistics and financial statements

• Manage commercial mortgage conditions for investor satisfaction

• Review third-party reports including appraisals and environmental assessments

• Provide independent analysis and recommendations on property changes

• Mentor team members and lead by example

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services or Mortgages

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage high volumes of work
