Position: Tax Analyst Role in Real Estate Sector

Reporting directly to the Director of Tax at Centurion, you will be integral in preparing and filing tax returns and managing tax accounting schedules. This role involves collaboration with finance and investment teams, offering exposure to diverse tax scenarios. You'll also assist in maintaining corporate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate income and trust tax filings

• File indirect taxes like GST/HST and QST

• Review and respond to tax authority inquiries

• Collaborate on tax planning initiatives for transactions

• Maintain corporate records and facilitate compliance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• Actively pursuing CPA accreditation

• 1-3 years in corporate tax, public or real estate experience

• Knowledge of Canadian income tax compliance

• Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency
