Lead CMHC Securitization Expert

Cameron Stephens seeks a seasoned Senior Director specializing in CMHC Securitization. This crucial role involves managing investor relationships and optimizing the CMHC pipeline strategy for growth.

In this Senior Director position, you will leverage your expertise in CMHC-insured lending and structured finance.

Your role includes collaborating with Origination, Underwriting, and Executive Leadership to enhance deal execution and investor placement. You will spearhead investor acquisition and serve as a subject matter expert to lead Cameron Stephens’ CMHC platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with CMHC aggregators and institutional investors

• Negotiate program agreements and purchase commitments

• Oversee the national pipeline of CMHC construction loans

• Act as the internal authority on CMHC pricing and structuring

• Provide guidance on loan sizing and investor-specific requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial real estate finance

• 5+ years in CMHC-insured lending or securitization

• Established investor relationships and negotiation skills

• Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics

• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities
