As the Senior Director of Private Market Investment Risk, you will direct the risk framework for private transactions while reporting to the SVP, Investment Risk. This role emphasizes leveraging AI and fostering relationships across various departments. Key responsibilities include overseeing risk assessments and enhancing team effectiveness through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Private Markets Risk team

• Establish an operating plan aligned with the  Strategic Plan

• Oversee risk reviews of private transactions like Private Equity and Real Estate

• Foster partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Support strategic risk initiatives, including stress tests and scenario analysis

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in a relevant field with professional designation

• Minimum 15 years of private market investing experience

• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders

• Proven research and innovation capabilities

• Excellent organizational skills and time management
