Senior Vice President Finance

Position: Senior Vice President Finance Role
Join Holt Renfrew as the Divisional Vice President Finance and lead the organization’s financial strategy and operations. This role emphasizes compliance and high-level financial reporting.

Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee all finance-related operations, including accounting, treasury functions, and vendor compliance. This leadership position requires a strong background in financial management, guiding your team through the complexities of finance while ensuring the integrity of financial records and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct accounting operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS

• Manage external audits and financial reporting processes

• Create management information packages for senior leadership

• Guide budgeting and forecasting practices for financial accuracy

• Supervise vendor payment processes and compliance

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of finance experience with 10+ in leadership

• CPA designation preferred; deep IFRS knowledge is required

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Proficient in SAP and advanced software applications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
