As part of the Reward team, you will engage with actuaries, lawyers, and HR professionals, enhancing your expertise in pension projects, valuations, and advisory services. You'll contribute to critical tasks including client deliverables and team collaboration, ensuring high standards of service and insightful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on actuarial and rewards projects
• Assist with audit and pension valuations effectively
• Conduct research and market insights for rewards
• Balance project execution with client expectations
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• Education in Actuarial Sciences
• Actively pursuing ACIA or ASA credentials
• Prior experience in pension and valuation projects preferred
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities
