Position: Senior AML SME - ETF Compliance Role
Capitalize on your expertise as a Senior AML Subject Matter Expert specializing in Exchange Traded Funds in Toronto, ON. This contract position is pivotal for ensuring regulatory standards in a face-to-face work setting.

We are seeking an experienced AML Subject Matter Expert with a deep understanding of Exchange Traded Funds. This role requires at least seven years of AML compliance experience within capital markets. You will enhance AML frameworks, support KYC processes, and engage stakeholders to ensure adherence to evolving regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the AML expert for ETF products ensuring compliance

• Conduct thorough KYC and customer due diligence

• Analyze trading patterns to pinpoint potential AML risks

• Collaborate with various teams on compliance matters

• Prepare and manage Suspicious Activity Reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Law
