Position: Manager of Investment Structures at CPP Investments
Drive advanced investment structuring at CPP Investments. This managerial role focuses on risks, compliance, and optimizing operational processes across investments.

As the Manager of Investment Structure Management, you will support investment teams and manage operational risks across CPP Investments’ entities. Your expertise will ensure thorough documentation, coordination of legal entities, and compliance with local regulations. You will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing investment structures post-closing while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support for investment structuring activities

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Maintain documentation and track deal timelines

• Build relationships with investment departments

• Identify gaps in execution and propose effective solutions

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in related field

• 6+ years of relevant experience in the finance sector

• Relevant professional designation such as CFA is a plus

• Experience with low code/no code tools and analytical software

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
