The Finance Generalist is tasked with accurately processing financial transactions and resolving vendor inquiries while working collaboratively on financial reports. This position demands attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple financial responsibilities that keep operations smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash reports and transaction registers

• Handle vendor inquiries and financial support

• Prepare and code invoices in Business World

• Process and record all cash receipts accurately

• Maintain purchase order tracking and related authorizations

Requirements:

• Completion of a high school diploma and certificate program

• Minimum of two years in finance or accounting

• Proficient in Windows-based applications and data entry

• Commitment to quality and detail-oriented work

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
