Position: Controller for TO Live
Lead financial operations as the Controller at TO Live in Toronto, Canada. Handle budget management, compliance, and city reporting in this full-time role.

TO Live is looking for an experienced Controller to oversee its Finance team. You will manage financial databases, ensure compliance, and support budgeting processes. As part of your responsibilities, you will also liaise with the City of Toronto on various financial matters and maintain accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial database and lead user support

• Oversee regulatory compliance and financial reference manuals

• Consult with City on insurance and reporting requirements

• Review accounts payable and lead budget operating processes

• Support annual audit and reporting preparations

Requirements:

• Minimum eight years of experience in a similar role

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

• Proficient in financial management software and Excel
