Corporate Tax Manager

Position: Contract Corporate Tax Manager Needed
Step into a Corporate Tax Manager role with our client for a 6-month contract beginning mid-September or early October 2026. This opportunity involves managing tax audits, compliance, and strategic business initiatives.

You will be an essential member of the Corporate Tax team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Tax. The successful candidate will bring 4+ years of corporate tax experience, strong analytical skills, and the capability to handle interactions with tax authorities effectively. Leadership and strategic communication are crucial for interacting with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audits and manage tax authority relations

• Simplify complex tax issues for senior management

• Implement tax risk management frameworks

• Drive critical thinking and analytical solutions

• Work alongside global or offshore teams if necessary

Requirements:

• CPA and completion of CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Courses 1 & 2

• Minimum of 4 years in corporate tax

• Preferred Big 4 accounting experience

• Solid grasp of IFRS tax and Canadian corporate taxation

• Strong communication for non-tax audiences
