In this role on the Investments & Finance Team, your 2–4 years of real estate experience will be vital. You will produce comprehensive underwriting analyses, conduct insightful market research, and assist in debt financing and partnership structuring. Your work will foster relationships with key stakeholders and drive successful project results and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance financial models for diverse real estate assets
• Conduct underwriting to aid land acquisitions and investments
• Research markets to develop investment opportunities
• Assist with debt and equity financing strategies
• Negotiate critical partnership and development agreements
Requirements:
• 2–4+ years in real estate investment or finance
• Bachelor’s degree needed; CFA or CPA is a plus
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities
• Collaborative approach with stakeholders
• Sharp attention to detail in analysis and reports
