What You'll Be DoingAs a Senior Fulfillment Officer, you'll be responsible for managing mortgage files from approval through funding while supporting our brokers and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing mortgage applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Collecting and analyzing income, down payment and financial documents
- Preparing and submitting files to lenders
- Managing lender conditions and obtaining outstanding documentation
- Ordering appraisals and coordinating with third-party service providers
- Communicating with clients, brokers, lenders, lawyers and underwriters throughout the mortgage process
- Monitoring files to ensure deadlines and funding dates are met
- Identifying issues early and proactively finding solutions
- Maintaining accurate notes and file documentation within our CRM
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage fulfillment experience at a mortgage brokerage or lender
- Strong understanding of the residential mortgage process
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple files while meeting tight deadlines
- Comfortable reviewing financial documents including income verification, bank statements and tax documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Mortgage Agent Licence (Ontario) or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience with Filogix, Velocity or other mortgage origination platforms
Familiarity with lender policies and underwriting guidelines - Previous experience working in a high-volume brokerage environment

- Do you currently hold a Mortgage Agent Licence? (Not required, but considered an asset.)
