Vice President of Financial Risk Audit

Lead the Financial Risk Audit team as a Vice President at State Street in Toronto, Canada. Deliver strategic oversight on Market, Credit, Interest Rate, and Liquidity risks while developing your auditing expertise in hybrid mode.

As the Financial Risk Audit Manager, you will report directly to the Corporate Audit Managing Director. You'll contribute to the annual audit planning and execution by assessing financial risks and aligning audits with internal standards. Additionally, you'll guide and mentor audit staff, enhance departmental initiatives, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop global financial risk audit plans from risk assessments

• Review and approve audit work and findings

• Communicate audit reports to senior management

• Deliver management reports to governance committees

• Engage in risk committees to promote discussion

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Internal Audit or Risk Management

• Strong knowledge of Financial Risks in finance

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

• Advanced credentials (CFA, FRM, CPA) preferred

• Experience in leading global audit engagements
