Play a pivotal role with Red Bull Canada as the Head of Controlling. This senior position centers on financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights for the Canadian business.

As the Head of Controlling, you will lead a team of over 8 finance professionals, directly partnering with the Canadian Leadership Team. This role involves driving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring the integrity of P&L and balance sheets for RBCA and RBCD. Your expertise will guide strategic resource allocation and optimize business performance across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning and reporting for RBCA and RBCD

• Lead team in budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting

• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decision support

• Perform value chain analysis to identify operational efficiencies

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Requirements:

• 8+ years in financial analysis, preferably in retail or consumer goods

• Proven experience leading finance teams in a complex environment

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems like SAP and Hyperion

• Strong strategic financial planning and risk management skills

• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership
