Join the YMCA's Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. Provide crucial financial insights and support for funding and auditing processes.
The role requires robust analytical skills for preparing and reviewing financial statements and proposals. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will ensure adherence to funding agreements and enhance financial monitoring across Child and Family Development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare timely financial reports and monthly claims documents
• Lead reconciliations for Government funding and grants
• Assist in budget submissions for contracts and centers
• Prepare audit documentation and manage month-end closings
• Conduct budget variance analysis for performance monitoring
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• At least three years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and accounting systems
• Experience with government funding reporting is a plus
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
