Position: Kenvue Business Unit Finance Lead
Take charge of financial leadership as a Business Unit Finance Manager at Kenvue in hybrid Markham, Ontario. Your expertise in finance will guide strategic business decisions and performance improvements.

This Kenvue role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders including the Head of Brand Growth and VP of Sales. You’ll utilize your finance background to manage Trade Fund Management and validate investments. Aiming for exceptional results, you will refine annual plans and lead a team of Senior Financial Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial analysis to influence business strategies

• Drive annual strategic planning and forecasting initiatives

• Oversee month-end financial reporting and compliance tasks

• Mentor Senior Financial Analysts while providing actionable feedback

• Enhance cross-functional financial knowledge through training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred

• At least 5+ years of finance experience in CPG

• Proven leadership and communication abilities

• High-level proficiency in Excel and SAP S/4

• Skilled in managing compliance and financial systems
