Position: Senior Associate for Global Consumer Sector
Join CPP Investments as a Senior Associate in the Active Equities division, focusing on in-depth fundamental research in the Global Consumer sector. Your expertise will drive investment recommendations through detailed analysis and collaboration.

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and work alongside investment professionals focusing on public and pre-IPO investment opportunities. A minimum of six years in investment or equity research is required, along with strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate long and short investment opportunities in Global Consumer Staples

• Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses

• Conduct research and attend industry conferences when necessary

• Prepare analytical investment reviews and due diligence reports

• Monitor macro-level industry trends and portfolio performance

Requirements:

• At least 6-10 years in investment or equity research

• Undergraduate degree; CFA or advanced degree is an asset

• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg

• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Big Data tools

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
