Key Responsibilities:

• Lead underwriting on deals up to £1,000,000 and $1.5M AUD

• Analyze financials, banking data, and recommendations

• Apply credit risk policies with an eye for exceptions

• Structure offers balancing speed and risk

• Coach junior underwriters on organizing credit policies

Requirements:

• Extensive underwriting experience in multiple jurisdictions

• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced settings

• Clear communication and commercial savvy

• Self-starter aligned with team objectives
