Pay Details: $45,000 - $59,000 CAD (eligible for commission-based earnings)

Position Summary

PIA Client Relationship Associate – an experienced, detail-oriented associate who provides business and relationship management to Investment Advisors (IAs) to help them deliver exceptional service to high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional specialized business services, advisory and process/program support to IAs.
  • Assist IAs in building integrated and customized solutions based on clients’ unusual needs.
  • Build relationships with existing clients.
  • Deliver consistent and accurate administrative support; prepare all documentation for client meetings.
  • Execute client service operations using full-service brokerage knowledge.
  • Support sales by identifying opportunities/referrals and assisting in client meetings.
  • Provide market quotes and track Dividends, RSPs, RIFs.
  • Create reports for client account analysis.
  • Understand TDW PIA Product offerings and unique investment instructions.
  • Direct support staff in delivering client service effectively.
  • Solve moderate complexity problems, exercise judgment and act as escalation point as required.
  • Monitor service quality and productivity; implement continuous improvement.
  • Keep current on emerging trends and share status updates with team.
  • Participate fully as a team member, support a positive professional environment.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
  • Licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, administrative roles, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently.
  • Knowledge of wealth management and/or operations is an asset.
  • Knowledge of investment products is an asset.
