Position: AVP Policy and Regulatory Change at TD
Lead financial crime policy developments at TD in Toronto. Ensure compliance across Canada and EAP while managing regulatory changes and fostering strategic governance.

As the AVP, Policy and Regulatory Change, you will oversee the lifecycle of Canadian and EAP financial crime risk management policies.

Your role demands expertise in regulatory standards and the ability to shape and implement these policies while ensuring adherence to local laws. You will provide leadership and engage with regulators to drive strategic initiatives in FCRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and govern financial crime risk management policies

• Lead regulatory change management for FCRM Canada and EAP

• Monitor external regulatory environments for emerging risks

• Collaborate with business segments for effective implementation

• Serve as a subject matter expert in financial crime legislation

Requirements:

• 10+ years in financial crime risk management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Juris Doctorate or Master's preferred

• CAMS certification as an asset

• Strong analytical and communication skills
