As VP of Finance, you will oversee the finance and accounting operations critical to PORTA’s mission of offering authentic Italian cuisine. This role demands deep expertise in financial systems, reporting, and strategic insights to foster growth across retail locations in North America. Engage with executive leadership to refine financial strategies and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations and accounting functions

• Deliver accurate financial statements and compliance

• Provide financial insights to guide strategic decisions

• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams

• Enhance finance capabilities in a growing company

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in finance, especially in CPG

• Expert knowledge of financial reporting and KPIs

• Strong decision-making and presentation skills

• Hands-on rather than purely strategic experience

• CPA, CFA, or equivalent credentials
