Key Responsibilities:

• Approve NHA MBS issuance requests per policies

• Ensure mortgage eligibility and documentation are accurate

• Review monthly issuer accounting reports for compliance

• Analyze complex mortgage cases for inclusion in MBS pools

• Provide onboarding support for new issuers

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business administration or related field

• Minimum three years of related work experience

• Strong understanding of mortgages and securitization processes

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Initiative-driven with the ability to work independently
