This Senior Advisor position is vital for overseeing the governance of Capital Adequacy Requirements and Total Loss Absorbing Capacity guidelines. You will implement robust methodologies and ensure compliance across first and second line functions.
Your role is crucial in supporting the organization’s understanding of risks related to digital assets while fostering a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead CAR and TLAC governance processes
• Define accountability for regulatory capital across groups
• Analyze and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes
• Provide strategic advisory on risks and compliance
• Facilitate stakeholder representation in capital governance
Requirements:
• 7+ years in financial services or risk management
• Valid degree in finance, engineering, or similar field
• Strong understanding of accounting and risk management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
