  • Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company research to support underwriting and portfolio management activities, identifying emerging risks, industry trends, credit events, and opportunities that may impact the portfolio.
  • Review and analyse credit agreements, security packages, ISDA documentation, and other financing arrangements to ensure legal documentation appropriately reflects approved transaction structures and risk mitigants.
  • Identify, evaluate, and communicate key credit, structural, legal, and execution risks, while developing practical solutions and recommendations that support both risk management objectives and client needs.

  • Support the underwriting and execution of a wide range of transactions, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, acquisition financings, bridge facilities, and other strategic lending opportunities.
  • Prepare transaction analyses, term sheet reviews, committee materials, and client presentations, ensuring key risks, mitigants, and return metrics are clearly documented and articulated.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across business, risk, legal, operations, and finance functions to facilitate effective credit decision-making and transaction execution.
  • Actively contribute to the strategic development, growth initiatives, and business planning activities of TDGF and TD’s European Corporate & Investment Banking platform.
