Position: Finance Director Position in SLC Management
SLC Management is seeking a Finance Director to lead financial reporting and operations while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Embrace a hybrid working model and play a crucial role in enhancing financial processes and analytics.

Reporting to the Senior Director for SLC Financial Reporting, this position emphasizes your expertise in accounting and finance, along with your capacity to develop critical financial insights. You will collaborate with multiple teams, gaining exposure to diverse finance activities while ensuring robust controls and compliance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quarterly MEP cash disbursement coordination

• Supervise the Equity Pick Up accounting process in SAP

• Manage intercompany reconciliations effectively

• Maintain control environments and support SLC subsidiaries

• Support reporting and analytics initiatives for SLC’s financial results

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in finance with over 7 years of relevant experience

• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA)

• Ability to summarize complex financial information

• Strong relationship-building and mentoring capabilities

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau tools
