Senior Associate in Private Equity Accounting

This role focuses on processing private equity transactions and resolving client queries. You will lead various projects, maintain documentation, and interact with offshore teams to enhance performance tracking. Your work will support critical internal and client-focused initiatives, including training and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and review private equity transactions daily
• Maintain working relationships with offshore teams
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly performance tracking calls
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Identify and communicate risk and compliance issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business management
• 2-4 years of experience in private equity accounting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
