This role involves close partnership with key stakeholders from Finance and Operations to manage budget planning and forecasting cycles effectively. You will lead reporting efforts and provide insights into sales investments while supporting the VP of Sales and Finance Directors. Your ability to influence and innovate will be crucial in this strategic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual budget planning and forecasting for WWS

• Create frameworks to assess ROI on sales investments

• Produce management reports focusing on business risks

• Utilize SAP and Anaplan for expense tracking

• Collaborate on headcount analyses and fixed cost reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting; CA, MBA, or CPA a benefit

• 5+ years of experience in finance or sales support

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership and management experience

• Growth mindset with a focus on problem-solving
