Step into a strategic role as Senior Manager of ESG Risk Audit ve initiatives in environmental and corporate governance while managing internal audits.

This 18-month contract role presents a dynamic opportunity to evaluate internal controls and enhance risk practices within RBC. You will provide assurance on ESG and AI risks, contribute to governance discussions, and collaborate with various internal teams. As a key player in the ESG Centre of Excellence, you’ll deliver training and shape the integration of ESG into audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal audits ensuring precise findings

• Assist in regulatory investigation processes

• Guide teams in integrating ESG into risk assessments

• Foster effective stakeholder relationships

• Conduct continuous monitoring of risks

Requirements:

• Profound understanding of auditing methodologies

• History of leading successful audit teams

• Outstanding project management skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience in creating executive training presentations
