Position: Engagement Consultant for Retirement Plans
Join Canada Life as an Engagement Consultant, where you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating retirement education sessions. Focus is on driving client involvement and improving asset management through effective educational communication.

This full-time role reports to the National Manager, Education & Engagement. You’ll develop and implement strategic communication initiatives while managing sessions to ensure optimum client engagement. Your background in financial services will support the transfer of assets and enhance retirement plan participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group education sessions for clients

• Develop impactful communication and education strategies

• Encourage participation in voluntary retirement plans

• Manage logistical details and budget for sessions

• Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers for effectiveness

Requirements:

• Background in group retirement and finance

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Exceptional presentation abilities

• Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities

• Bilingual in French is a plus
