The Toronto office of Greenhill is on the hunt for a 1st or 2nd year Investment Banking Associate. This role is integral to the M&A advisory team, focusing on the execution, structuring, and advisory of significant transactions. Associates will be expected to carry out in-depth industry research and develop valuations that contribute to client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive quantitative analysis

• Create and refine detailed valuation models

• Prepare and present client-focused advisory materials

• Assist with transaction due diligence and process management

• Build and maintain client relationships alongside senior bankers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in banking or finance

• Proven experience in M&A execution preferred

• Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
