In this pivotal role, you will oversee the governance of data critical to the AML and Financial Crimes processes r expertise in SQL and data quality concepts will support necessary regulatory compliance initiatives. Collaborate with AML Compliance, IT partners, and various business stakeholders to enhance data strategies for effective program management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze large data sets and translate business context
• Perform data profiling to assess AML data availability
• Measure data quality according to CDO strategy
• Evaluate data quality to pinpoint issues impacting AML Program
• Assist in developing project plans and user stories
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years SQL experience
• Knowledge of data governance and quality processes
• Deadline-driven with results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with AI tools like Prompt writing
• Excellent communication skills across departments
Lead data governance initiatives and ensure high standards of data quality for RBC's AML efforts.
